I have not received a payment from Music Services in a couple of years. How can I access funds owed to me?

Music Services moved to a new royalty dashboard in early 2025. If you have not onboarded to the new system, your earnings have been held in escrow. Follow the steps below to become eligible for payment at our next quarterly distribution.

Step 1: Go to the Music Services Dashboard

Visit dashboard.musicservices.com

Step 2: Request a Sign-In Link

Enter your email address and select Get sign-in link.

Step 3: Open the Sign-In Email

You will receive an email from noreply@musicservices.com with your sign-in link. Click the link in the email to open your Music Services dashboard.

Step 4: Complete Onboarding Under Payment & Taxes

Select the Payment & Taxes tab and provide the following:

• • Contact Details: Name, address, email, and phone number
  • Payment Details: Preferred payment method, banking information, and currency preference
  • Tax Identity: The portal will guide you through the correct tax form, such as a W-9, W-8, or VAT

Note: Payments cannot be issued until one of your royalty accounts reaches the $50 escrow threshold.

Step 5: Contact Us if You Still Cannot Access Your Account

If you are unable to access your account after completing the steps above, complete and submit the Account Maintenance Form.
