I have not received a payment from Music Services in a couple of years. How can I access funds owed to me?

 We transitioned to a our new royalty dashboard in early 2025. If you have not onboarded on our new system, your earnings have been held in escrow.

Please follow these instructions to be eliglble for payment at our next quarterly distribution:

  1. Go to dashboard.musicservices.com
  2. Enter Your Email Address and click “Get sign-in link”
  3. You will receive an email from noreply@musicservices.com with your sign-in link. Click the link in the email to open your Music Services dashboard.
  4. In your Music Services dashboard, select “Payment & Taxes” – to complete your onboarding, you will need to provide the following information:
  1. Contact Details: This includes your name, address, email, and phone number.
  2. Payment Details: This includes your preferred payment method, banking information, and currency preference.
  3. Tax Identity: The portal will assist you in selecting the appropriate tax forms and gathering the required information, such as a W-9, W-8, VAT, etc.
Additionally, please advised that we cannot make a payment until one of your royalty accounts (within your dashboard) reaches the $50 escrow threshold.
