When to use this form

• You see the same work registered more than once.
• Another registration appears to overlap with your ownership or share of a work.
• You received a notice about a conflict on one of your works.

How to submit

1. Go to the Work Conflict / Duplicate Registration form.
2. Enter your contact information.
3. Provide the source of the notice, reference ID, notice type, work title, writer names, and any identifiers you have, such as an ISWC or Song Code.
4. Include any supporting documents you have, such as a split sheet or publishing agreement, to help us resolve the issue faster.
5. Submit the form.
